Welcome to the Buchanan Family Tree!

This is the website of Colin and Sarah Buchanan.

The original purpose of this website was to act as a CV for Colin’s proposed Oil and Gas consultancy after a career in the industry, but since our retirement the primary purpose is a repository for the family tree and memoirs, pictures etc.

It is our hope that younger generations will contribute to, and benefit from these family tree pages.

My starting point is my father, Laurie Buchanan, and I have created his memoir “It happened this way…” from his original text.

The family tree will show the Buchanan and related trees as I progress in competence.
